IIUI User Manager

All companies experience attrition. Most administrators have to react to a departing employee or changes in positions of responsibility by manually updating document access and ownership one at a time. IIUI User Manager automates this process by helping administrators:

  • Generate summary reports of documents an individual user has access to
  • Remove/Replace User and server names
  • Reassign responsibility for select documents

Works against drafts, versions, profiles, security settings, document life cycles, and ACL’s. It can also change additional databases!
